Providing transportation solutions to those with special needs
In line with the bundle of services outlined by the DODD for homemaker/personal care (HPC), our home health agency offers transportation for persons with special needs. This transportation service aims to help them access the aid they need for their daily living as well as help them connect with their community. We will transport them to clinics, therapy centers, community centers, salons, shops, and other places for their personal needs.
